Shipping and Return Info
General Shipping: Apparel will be shipped USPS. All other shipments inside the US will be shipped UPS. International shipments will all be through DHL. Rates are calculated at checkout. Large and heavy items will be shipped freight and will be billed separately.
Ground Service from any company does not guarantee delivery time though they give you estimates. Only Air and Next Day Services are guaranteed, so long as they are ordered before daily cutoff of 12pm EST.
Shipping cutoff time is 12PM EST Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after that will not go out until the following business day. Please note, we do not ship on weekends. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day in the order they were received.
Lost or Damaged Shipment: In the event that you experience a loss or damaged shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at (859) 359-5068, please have your order number ready. You may also be required to send proof of lost or damaged package to email@example.com. This should include pictures of the carton’s exterior reflecting the damage, photos of the interior packaging materials, images of the damaged item as well as a photo of the tracking label on the box are required. If the damage is not readily apparent, please identify on the photo where the damage occurred. You should retain the original carton, its contents and all packaging materials until the claim is finalized and we provide further instructions. We try to review and process all covered claims within a window of 5 business days following initial receipt of your claim and associated documentation.
Returns: Any package returned will be subject to restocking fee of 10%. Shipping cost will not be returned and return shipping is your responsibility. All returns must be pre-approved and will be reimbursed after we receive and inspect your returned items. Items are only available for return within 90 days of receipt and must be in new condition to receive refund. Custom built items such as intercoolers and rear end housings are non-returnable.
Canceled Orders: Order processing fees from card and processing companies are non-refundable after an order has been processed/purchased by the customer. Regardless of shipment status, if an order is cancelled, we will deduct 3% from your refund.
