Shipping and Returns Policy
General Shipping:
Apparel orders are shipped via USPS unless an alternative shipping method is selected at checkout. All other domestic (U.S.) orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. International shipping is available through multiple carriers, and customers may select their preferred option at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Large or heavy items may require freight shipping; in these cases, freight charges will be invoiced separately.
Delivery Timeframes:
Ground shipping services provide estimated delivery dates but do not guarantee delivery times. Guaranteed delivery is only available with Air and Next Day services, provided orders are placed before the daily cutoff time of 12:00 PM EST.
Order Processing & Cutoff Times:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with a daily cutoff time of 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the next business day in the order they were received.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or you are missing part of your order you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing returns@tinsoldierracecars.com
Please include your order number in your message.
To process your claim, you may be required to provide the following documentation:
- Photos of the exterior of the shipping carton showing any visible damage
- Images of the interior packaging materials
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- A clear image of the shipping label
If the damage is not immediately visible, please indicate the affected area within the photos provided.
Please retain the original shipping carton, all contents, and packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed and finalized. Additional instructions may be provided during the claims process.
We strive to review and process all eligible claims within approximately five (5) business days of receiving complete documentation.
Returns:
If you would like to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing returns@tinsoldierracecars.com
Please include your order number and reason for the return in your message.
All returns must be pre-approved prior to being sent back. Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. You may be required to provide photos of the item(s) for approval.
Returns are accepted within 90 days of receipt; however, requests must still be initiated within the 14-day notification window outlined above.
Any approved return will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or defective items).
Custom-built items, including but not limited to intercoolers and rear end housings, are non-returnable.
Please retain all original packaging materials until your return has been approved and processed. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within approximately five (5) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
Canceled Orders:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing returns@tinsoldierracecars.com and include your order number.
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will be subject to our standard return policy.
Please note that payment processing fees charged by credit card and payment providers are non-refundable once an order has been processed. As a result, all canceled orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund, regardless of shipment status.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original form of payment within approximately five (5) business days.
