1. Accurate Information

All information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of the applicant's knowledge. Tin Soldier Racecars may request additional information or documentation to verify the business.

2. Business Purpose

The applicant represents that purchases made through the wholesale account will be for legitimate business, resale, installation, or other approved commercial purposes.

3. Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing and dealer-specific pricing provided by Tin Soldier Racecars is confidential business information and may not be disclosed or distributed to unauthorized parties.

4. Advertising & Pricing

Dealers may be subject to minimum advertised pricing (MAP), brand-specific pricing policies, promotional restrictions, or other requirements communicated by Tin Soldier Racecars or the applicable manufacturer.

5. Resale & Tax Documentation

The dealer is responsible for providing accurate and current resale, exemption, and other tax documentation required for its purchases and for complying with applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. Documentation must be provided prior to account approval.

6. Account Approval

Submission of this application does not guarantee approval. Tin Soldier Racecars reserves the right to approve, deny, or request additional information before establishing a wholesale account.

7. Account Status

Tin Soldier Racecars may suspend, modify, or terminate wholesale privileges if an account fails to meet program requirements, violates applicable policies, provides inaccurate information, or otherwise fails to maintain acceptable business practices.

8. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise approved in writing, all orders are subject to Tin Soldier Racecars' standard payment terms. Approval for a wholesale account does not automatically constitute approval for credit terms.

9. Product-Specific Requirements

Certain manufacturers, brands, or product lines may have additional dealer requirements, pricing policies, territory restrictions, or sales restrictions.

10. Changes to Wholesale Program

Tin Soldier Racecars reserves the right to modify its wholesale program, pricing, terms, or requirements as business needs change. Dealers will be notified of material changes when appropriate.
